- Flexible rooms – Rooms can be rented individually or together, and are available on an hourly basis.
- Convenience – In addition to free onsite parking, Fairhill is centrally located 10-15 minutes to downtown Cleveland and Interstate 271, multiple bus lines and in close proximity to Shaker Square, University Circle, and Cleveland and Shaker Heights.
